Established in 2015, the purpose of NU SEM 460 Associates is to prepare employees (not students) for a real world working environment, while completing various organizational objectives. Not only are the associates completing internal tasks, they are consulting with three local external organizations and collaborating on specific projects assigned. The uniqueness of this organization forgoes conventional classroom practices and replaces them with a corporate structure. Each new day presents the associates with a chance to foster untapped managerial, communication, and networking skills needed upon graduation. Our mission is to provide our associates the tools needed to advance forward to a career in the Sport and Entertainment Management industry.
